AVERA sold the 5.4-acre land site, located in the City of Stafford at the intersection of Cash Road and Dublin Court, to Parker Corporation in 2008 and will act as the developer for the planned 60,000 sq. ft. structure. The building will serve as the head office and center of operations for assembly, testing and warehousing for Parker’s Energy Product line.
